SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with House of Yas. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $150
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
• Overnight Shipping: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
House of Yas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@yasgonzalez.com with photos of the damage.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@yasgonzalez.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
