Due to the limited-edition and handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yasgonzalez.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@yasgonzalez.com and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.
