At House of Yas, every piece you receive was made specifically for you. This is not mass production — it is intentional creation. Each garment is individually crafted at the moment of your order, which is how we integrate sustainability into everything we do: no overproduction, no waste, no inventory sitting in a warehouse. Just your piece, made for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Not for size, not for change of mind, not for any reason outside of a manufacturing defect. This is not a limitation — it is our commitment to you and to the planet.
Print-on-Demand & Made-to-Order Products
All swimwear, dresses, shirts, bomber jackets, pillows, towels, blankets, bags, shoes, and home decor are made to order. Your purchase initiates production. For this reason, all sales are final.
Atelier & Couture Pieces
All atelier and couture pieces — including the Caridad del Cobre Haute Couture, the La Caridad Couture Midi, and any custom or bespoke commissions — are final sale, no exceptions. No returns. No exchanges. No cancellations at any stage of production or after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — meaning a production error on our end — we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@houseofyas.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
Extraordinary Exceptions
We understand that life sometimes presents extraordinary circumstances. In rare, exceptional cases, a return or exchange request may be considered — but only if submitted in writing to info@houseofyas.com, reviewed, and explicitly approved by the House of Yas Creative & Operations Council. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at the sole discretion of the Council. No exception will be processed without written confirmation of approval.
